Are you missing any features on Seyfor sites, or do you find the functionality of existing components lacking? Fill out the short form and send us your suggestion.
A change request form or ticket will be created, capturing details such as the purpose of the change, target audience, and expected impact. The change request will also include a proposed timeline for implementation.
The request is reviewed by the developers in terms of its impact on the current design system and the output is a suggestion of possible solutions, including an estimate of the effort required to implement the change.
The change request will be reviewed by the relevant stakeholders, including representatives from each subsidiary. The review will assess the potential impact of the changes on subsidiary operations, branding consistency, and user experience.
Subsidiaries will have the opportunity to test the proposed changes in a testing environment. Any feedback, issues or concerns should be reported.
Once the change request is approved, a formal communication will be sent to all subsidiaries affected by the proposed web changes. The communication will outline the specific modifications, including visual mockups or screenshots where applicable.
The finalized web changes will be deployed to the live website following the agreed-upon timeline. Subsidiaries will be notified in advance about the release date.
Following the release, the Change Owner will closely monitor the website's performance and promptly address any unforeseen issues. There will be post change evaluation within a quarter after the release.
